CONCEPT

We present you with 2D floor plans with furniture layout.
We complete the concept based on the final floor plan and present it to you with realistic 3D renderings and immersive 360° virtual tours so you can fully feel and experience the space.
TECHNICAL
We create a complete set of technical drawings with exact dimensions and specifications such as architectural changes, sections, electric wiring and lighting, plumbing, etc.
After confirming all materials with you we provide drawings for all custom made furniture.
With the finalised project we calculate the material quantities. This includes all items subject of design selection such as floor and wall coverings, lighting, power outlets, etc.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With our trusted contractors and suppliers we provide you offers for everything needed to turn the concept to reality.
We prepare a complete budget breakdown and make sure you get the best value for your project.
During all stages of the project execution we provide designer's supervision with weekly visits on location.
We put all the final touches as soft furnishings and decorations so your new space is nothing less of picture perfect.
